From tinned fish boards and Spanish Fideuà to wood-fired ovens and negronis topped with champagne, La Gallina brings a vibrant coastal Mediterranean dining experience to Lynnfield, MA. This new concept from MK Global Hospitality Group blends bold flavors with refined design in a warm, inviting space. I had the pleasure of collaborating with their team to photograph the opening of the restaurant, capturing the energy, elegance, and standout dishes that define La Gallina. From interior details and kitchen action shots to beautifully plated menu items, the imagery tells the story of a restaurant rooted in passion, flavor, and hospitality
